1. Nature of Services

All services provided by NOAHHXNRY are custom, scope-based creative services. Each project is uniquely developed according to client specifications, timelines, and agreed deliverables.

Due to the customized and intellectual nature of these services, they are non-returnable.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made for creative services are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated in a signed written agreement.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Deposits

  • Retainers

  • Project-based payments

  • Installments

  • Production fees

Once work has commenced, no refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed services.

3. Deposits

Deposits secure project scheduling, creative planning, and production allocation.

Deposits are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

4. Work in Progress

If a client elects to terminate a project after work has begun:

  • All work completed to date remains billable.

  • Any expenses incurred (production bookings, travel, rentals, etc.) remain the responsibility of the client.

No refunds will be issued for time, creative labor, or resources already allocated.

5. Retainer Engagements

For ongoing monthly engagements:

  • Payments are non-refundable for the active billing period.

  • Cancellation terms are governed by the signed client agreement.

  • Work completed prior to cancellation remains billable.

Unused deliverables do not qualify for refunds unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Exceptions

Refund exceptions, if any, are solely at the discretion of NOAHHXNRY and must be confirmed in writing.

7. Dispute Resolution

Clients are encouraged to communicate any concerns directly prior to initiating payment disputes or chargebacks.

Unauthorized chargebacks may constitute a breach of agreement.

8. Policy Modifications

This Refund & Returns Policy may be updated at any time. The version in effect at the time of contract execution governs the engagement.
